Prosecutors have officially charged Martell Haire in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred last week.
According to a criminal complaint, Haire entered a kitchen and opened fire, hitting Marquis Champion along with a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old.
Champion, the nephew of Alderman Mark Chambers Jr., later died from his injuries.
At the time of the shooting, Haire was already wanted on a 2023 warrant involving allegations of child sexual assault and incest.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about his location to contact Milwaukee police or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
