
After nearly two decades on the run, Armando Barragan has been arrested in Mexico.
Barragan, one of Wisconsin’s Most Wanted fugitives, was wanted since 2005 on federal racketeering charges.
The U.S. Marshals Service located and captured him.
This operation was conducted in collaboration with Mexican authorities and the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey.
The former Latin Kings leader is accused of ordering the killing of an innocent bystander at a Cudahy gas station when he was a teenager.
