
An Oshkosh man was arrested last week after a bank robbery at a community bank earlier this month.
The Oshkosh Police Department, in collaboration with the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 43-year-old Martin M. Muniz-Lara for the robbery that happened at Premier Community Bank in the Village of Bear Creek, in Outagamie County.
Last Wednesday (October 22nd), the sheriff’s office worked with Oshkosh Police and safely took Muniz-Lara into custody without incident in the 2300 block of Jackson Street in Oshkosh.
After the 43-year-old’s arrest, three separate search warrants were done, including two by the Oshkosh PD’s Swat Team, Patrol Division, and Criminal Division. One was in the 200 block of East Fernau Avenue, and the second was in the 400 block of West South Park Avenue.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office also searched in the 1600 block of North Road in the Village of Greenville.
A 38-year-old man from Oshkosh was also arrested and taken to the Winnebago County Jail on a charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, possession of Cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 24-year-old woman from Oshkosh was also arrested on drug charges.
Muniz-Lara is still being held in the Outagamie County Jail.
