Spend an additional SEVEN (7) months at the Manitowoc County Jail, Huber Law. That is FOUR (4) months served forthwith, and THREE (3) months stayed and to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and upon order of the Court. Defendant shall be given 4 days jail credit in the event of revocation.

Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain full-time employment, schooling, job search or combination at the agent’s discretion; 3) Pay restitution in the amount of $271.27 to Hobby Lobby; 4) Provide DNA sample; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. In the event that restitution and all costs are paid in full the court would not object to early discharge from probation and would sign an order to that effect.
