
An intensive narcotics investigation has led to the arrest of four suspects and the seizure of a large amount of drugs.
As part of the investigation, the Oshkosh Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the 500 block of Amherst Avenue.
As a result of the search warrant, authorities took four individuals into custody, including 16-, 20-, 21-, and 38-year-old suspects.
During the search, numerous items were seized, such as a handgun, three grams of cocaine, and 133.9 grams of Marijuana.
Authorities have stated that the 20-year-old and the 38-year-old were arrested for warrants through Probation and Parole.
No details were given on the 16-year-old’s arrest; however, the 21-year-old, a Milwaukee resident, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine.
Following the operation, Oshkosh PD stated, “The presence of illegal drugs poses a threat to the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Drug overdoses are a threat to all of us. We will not tolerate the distribution, sale, or possession of illegal narcotics within our city.”
