A 32-year-old man is facing criminal charges following a fatal crash in the Town of Delmar earlier this year.
On July 5th, 19-year-old Ayden Nicpon of Thorpe died at the scene after his vehicle overturned in a two-car collision.
Authorities say the other driver was identified as Cody Allen Skorstad.
Skorstad has now been charged with second-degree reckless homicide in connection with the crash.
