A new lounge and spa in Two Rivers is holding a soft opening.
The Violet Inn and Spa announced that they have opened their doors and are accepting bookings. The business describes itself as a nature-inspired boutique retreat for adults only.
However, the owners aren’t quite fully open as their spa and speakeasy lounge, called the Fox Den, still needs to get its doors open to complete the full Violet Inn environment.
The Violet Inn and Spa has six hotel rooms and costs between $1 million and $1.6 million to renovate, and is located where the former Two Rivers Elks Club used to be.
The building is a historic property that was previously abandoned and blighted.
However, the city council unanimously approved a development agreement that allows the owners to secure funding through a Pay-As-You-Go grant.
