A shelter-in-place directive issued Saturday night in the Village of Cobb was lifted after authorities safely took one person into custody.
Iowa County Emergency Management issued the alert around 7:30 p.m.
They asked residents to stay indoors while the situation unfolded.
Highway 80 was temporarily shut down but has since reopened.
