The person identified as the most wanted man in Wisconsin has turned himself in to authorities.
35-year-old George Mitchell was wanted for allegedly shooting his neighbor during a dispute over cigarettes in April.
The victim survived, and Mitchell fled the scene.
This initiated a statewide manhunt.
During a search of his apartment, police uncovered several illegal firearms linked to past felony convictions.
Mitchell surrendered earlier this week and is now in custody.
