Following much success in its debut last year, Cool City Christmas will be bringing an event back to Two Rivers.
The 3rd annual Cool City Christmas celebration will be held on December 13th in Central Park, and along with it will be the return of the Tree Decorating Contest.
Registration for the contest is now open, and participants are asked to bring creativity, holiday spirit, and festive flair to outdo last year’s trees.
Those interested in registering are encouraged to do so quickly, as there will only be 30 trees available, thanks to the Rotary Club of Two Rivers, whose donations went toward purchasing the trees from Sprang Farms.
The deadline to register will be on November 14th, with the decorating weekend taking place on November 21st through the 23rd.
Registration is open to individuals, families, businesses, community groups, and anyone else looking to help turn Central Park into a festive wonderland.
Trees will be judged on creativity, theme, and originality, and non-family friendly or political trees will be allowed.
Groups looking to register for the 2nd annual Cool City Christmas Tree Decorating Contest are asked to call 920-793-5592 or visit the Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Department Facebook page.
