Organizers of Manitowoc’s annual Snow Golf event are looking for sponsors ahead of the 2026 outing.
The unique winter fundraiser is set for Saturday, February 7th, once again at Meadow Links on the city’s north side. Each year, Snow Golf raises money to help clean and replace Civil War gravestones in Evergreen Cemetery.
There are 89 cemeteries in Manitowoc County, and the volunteers from the Manitowoc County Civil War Round Table have restored 300 of the 754 Civil War Gravestones using soft soap, a soft brush, and water in five of them.
Organizers have outlined three sponsorship levels for Snow Golf 2026, proudly sponsored by SeehaferNews.com.
The Event Sponsor level includes donations under $200 or contributions such as raffle baskets.
Hole Sponsors contribute $200 and will have their name displayed at one of the 18 holes, along with a free team entry.
The top tier, Veteran Sponsor, is available for $500.
Sponsors at this level will have their name displayed on a wall beside a gravestone that will be replaced thanks to their support, and they’ll also receive a free team entry.
All donations are tax-deductible, and checks should be made out to the Manitowoc County Civil War Round Table.
Registration for Snow Golf 2026 will open at a later date.
