The U.S.S. Cobia is on her way back home.
The iconic WWII submarine underwent a dry docking at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding in Sturgeon Bay over the past few months, where she underwent extensive preservation work to ensure her long-term stability and safety.
A tugboat is pulling the Cobia back to Manitowoc, with an anticipated return time of 2:00 p.m.
