Sheboygan County is preparing for its annual tree sale.
The county’s Planning and Conservation Department shared that the 2025/2026 tree sale will officially kick off on October 28th, when orders can begin to be placed.
The county has been working with various nurseries in the area in order to provide customers with a wide variety of trees, shrubs, food plot seeds, and planting aids.
For this sale, many best-sellers will again be offered, such as fruit trees, deciduous trees, and evergreens; however, new species will also be available.
Trees will come in quantities of ten and be bare-root, with the exception of the specified potted options.
They will also vary in size depending on the availability at the different nurseries.
The ordering window is expected to stay open until late February, and, depending on the weather, trees will be available for pickup at the Sheboygan County shed in Sheboygan Falls in late April or early May.
The Planning and Conservation Department also reminds residents that all tree orders must be completed online.
While the sale is yet to begin, orders will be able to be placed at the end of the month by visiting sheboygancountytrees.com.
