There is only one meeting scheduled for today (October 15th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Community Development Authority will be in the Second Floor Conference Room in City Hall at 4:00 p.m., where they will get the financial report from the Public Housing Business.
The group will also discuss a proposed rent increase within the PHB, employee health insurance, and the writing off of bad debt.
The CDA will also get the revolving loan fund financial report before getting updates on the River Point District, and the ongoing projects at the former Mirro and Lakeshore Mall properties.
