
Eastern Wisconsin gas prices are at their lowest point since the start of 2024.
As reported on the AAA Gas Prices website, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded fuel in Manitowoc County was $2.66 this morning, which is the lowest price since the second week of January last year.
That is also seven cents less expensive than last week.
Sheboygan County motorists are seeing the biggest decrease over the past week, with an eight-cent drop leaving their average at $2.62, while Calumet County’s average is down seven cents to $2.67.
Outagamie County reported a dip of five cents to $2.65, while Brown County fuel is six cents less expensive at $2.67.
Kewaunee and Brown County motorists are all paying a nickel per gallon less at the pump this week, with averages of $2.68 and $2.72 per gallon, respectively.
The state average also plummeted by seven cents to $2.67, and the national average is down five cents to $3.06.
