The man tied to the arrest of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan has agreed to a plea deal.
Eduardo Flores Ruiz entered an Alford plea, which means he does not admit guilt but acknowledges that prosecutors have sufficient evidence to convict him.
Flores Ruiz received a nine-month prison sentence.
He also faces a separate sentencing later this month in a federal immigration case.
Judge Dugan is scheduled to go on trial in December.
