A 64-year-old woman, Carrie Zettel, was killed on Sunday in Milwaukee.
Police say she was allegedly killed by her 29-year-old daughter.
Family members told news outlets that Zettel was a devoted and caring mother.
The suspect daughter remains in custody.
She reportedly has a history of mental health challenges as well.
