There are a pair of meetings to kick off the week in the City of Two Rivers.
The City Council will hold a special meeting in the Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m., where they will consider a request for a noise ordinance waiver, submitted by The Spruce Lodge, for a live music event on October 18th.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Plan Commission will take over the Chambers, where they will look over a conditional use permit request submitted by the Lakeshore Humane Society.
They will also review a proposed amendment to the Height and Area Exceptions ordinance regulating the fence setbacks in a front yard, and the possible rezoning of 18th Street and Hawthorne Avenue to create residential housing.
