
A house fire in the town of Dunn on Wednesday left two people hospitalized.
One of those injured included a Dane County Sheriff’s deputy.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at 4:24 p.m. after reports of a fully engulfed home.
The deputy reportedly entered the house to rescue a resident.
Both the deputy and the homeowner sustained injuries but are expected to make a full recovery.
Investigators are still working to determine what caused the fire.
