A survivor of last year’s shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison has been discharged from the hospital.
Samuel Garduno-Martinez left American Family Children’s Hospital on Wednesday.
He was accompanied by an escort of police officers and firefighters.
Garduno-Martinez was among six injured in the tragic incident that claimed the lives of a teacher and one student.
He and his family are now headed to a rehabilitation facility in Chicago to continue his recovery.
