Authorities have filed charges against an 18-year-old Eau Claire man following a stabbing in Lake Hallie.
Police arrived at a home on 41st Avenue on July 11th to find a man who had been stabbed five times.
The suspect, Orestes Kouris, was later found near the Lake Hallie Golf Course and taken into custody.
He now faces a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
At this time, he is being held in the Chippewa County Jail on a $300,000 cash bond.
