A benefit will be taking place next weekend for a local man who is battling cancer.
On August 7th, Eddy Jonas of Two Rivers was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Since then, it has spread to his liver, spleen, and bones, causing painful fractures.
The benefit will raise money to help Eddy and his family with medical expenses and treatment costs.
Multiple items will be up for raffle at the event, which is scheduled for next Sunday (October 19th) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Branch Station, located at 8112 Village Drive in Whitelaw.
