Charges are now official for the Whitelaw man arrested in connection to a physical altercation over the weekend.
18-year-old Cameron J. Lisowski was given a $3,000 recognizance bond by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on charges of Battery and Strangulation.
Lisowski was arrested after a man reported to police that he had been beaten up at Manitowoc’s Lakefront Park.
The victim and Lisowski first met at the park and ride on Frontage Road and traveled to Lower Henrey Schuette Park, where Lisowski allegedly punched the victim a couple of times.
Later, the victim sent Lisowski a message, asking him to meet at Lakefront Park to fight.
It was there that the victim allegedly swung first, but Lisowski responded with punches of his own and was able to wrap his arm around the victim’s neck, causing him to pass out.
As a part of his bond, Lisowski was ordered to have no contact with the victim or any premises he may occupy.
He is due for his initial appearance on October 27th in Branch 2.
