A judge has set bond at $500,000 for 27-year-old Anthony Reyes.
Reyes faces multiple charges after a fatal police pursuit in Eau Claire on October 1st.
Authorities say Reyes fled from police at high speed and turned off his headlights to evade capture.
He then crashed into another car, killing the other driver.
He has been charged with Operating While Intoxicated and First-Degree Reckless Homicide.
