It will be a busy day for the City of Two Rivers as there are three meetings on the docket.
First up is the Committee on Aging, which will gather in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 this morning.
There, the group will review the usual monthly reports and will hear from the American Legion Auxiliary.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Utilities Committee will convene in the Committee Room in City Hall to get the latest on the Harbor, 16th, and Emmet Street Reconstruction projects, and the ongoing lead service lateral replacement and sewer lining projects.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which is slated to gather in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
After honoring Jim Lester for 60 years of service with the Rotary Club of Two Rivers, the Council will hear input from the public and will review an ordinance to amend the section of the municipal code regarding general traffic regulations.
The Council will also discuss the future of the Neshotah Beach Pavilion and the investments into the bathroom and kitchen facilities.
