Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal crash in Eau Claire last week as 35-year-old Jack Ritchie.
Police say the incident occurred during a pursuit around 2:30 a.m. on October 1st.
The suspect, 27-year-old Anthony Reyes, shut off his headlights to evade officers.
Reyes then crashed into another vehicle near West Clairemont Avenue and Craig Road.
The collision killed Ritchie instantly.
Reyes faces multiple charges, including First-Degree Reckless Homicide and Operating While Intoxicated.
