A man charged in a multi-city theft ring will be arraigned in two weeks.
According to court records, Cesar Mendoza Mora will be back in court on October 17th for the arraignment.
FOX11 reports that a preliminary hearing last week, the 27-year-old was ordered stand trial. Mendoza Mora is accused of using a fraudulent credit card to steal tires from dealerships in Kewaunee County.
He would purchase the tires with the fake credit card and then pick them up right away.
After the card declined, he had already taken the tires away.
While he’s facing charges in Kewaunee County, the sheriff’s office says the investigation into Mendoza Mora is far from over.
A criminal complaint alleges that he also used the credit card to take tires from dealerships in Two Rivers, Ashwaubenon, Green Bay, Little Chute, and Luxemburg.
