There is still time to sign up to participate in a fundraiser for the Manitowoc Police Department’s K-9 Unit.
The MTPD Police Chase is scheduled for Saturday, October 11th, and will feature a 4-mile run/walk and a 1.5-mile dog walk. Both events will start at 9:00 a.m. after an 8:00 registration time at Silver Creek Park.
Only rabies-vaccinated dogs are permitted for those joining the 1.5-mile dog walk exclusively.
All dogs must be on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Your furry family member should also be at ease in large gatherings and comfortable around noise, people, and other dogs.
