The Waukesha teen accused of fatally shooting his mother and stepfather in February will go to trial next year.
Nikita Casap faces two counts of intentional homicide after allegedly killing his parents and fleeing in their vehicle.
He was arrested in Kansas.
His trial is set to begin on March 2nd.
Court documents also allege Casap had online communications discussing plans to assassinate former President Trump and overthrow the U.S. government.
