A Manitowoc boat company is making changes to its leadership.
The Burger Boat Company has completed a significant transition to the leaders that “positions the company for meaningful growth across its New Construction Yacht, Commercial Vessel, Military Vessel, and Refit/Repair segments.
CEO Jim Ruffolo will now become the company’s Chairman, while Nick Siler will become the next President and CEO.
Ruffolo’s new role will focus on long-term strategic oversight and governance, continuing his commitment to the crafting of the Burger brand.
Siler brings years of experience, including roles with Modine Manufacturing Company, the Bradley Corporation, and, most recently, Enercon Industries.
He will focus on strengthening the company strategy, enhancing organizational culture, and more.
Another employee will assume a new role as Rich Thompson becomes the next Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
Siler says of his new role, “To lead a company with 162 years of history towards that growth horizon is not just an honor – it’s a responsibility I welcome.
It’s a privilege to join forces with Tom as well as Rich in their new executive roles, and I look forward to working closely with them and our entire Burger team.”
