The Village of Denmark is ready to cut the ribbon on a new building.
Brown County Library and One Denmark will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, October 15th, at 11:00 a.m. for the new Denmark Community Center and Brown County Denmark Branch Library.
The organizations say the latest, innovative facility is located at 150 N. Wall Street is the result of a collaborative partnership between them to bring a multi-use community hub to life, reflecting years of planning and public input to create a space that addresses the evolving needs of Denmark residents.
The new facility will feature public library resources, an internet commons room, business and community rental spaces, as well as a fully equipped gym and fitness center.
Brown County Library Executive Director Sarah Sugden says she is thrilled to see the project come together since “This building project exemplifies what is possible with thoughtful collaboration centered in community.”
