The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) is getting ready for the world’s largest cheese, butter, whey, and cultured dairy products processing event.
CheeseExpo 2026 will take place from April 14th to 16th, 2026, at the Baird Center in Milwaukee.
WCMA Executive Director John Umhoefer says the event will feature the largest-ever exhibit floor, filled with the latest cheese technology, ingredients, and services, alongside a diverse array of world-class educational seminars and impactful marketing opportunities.
CheeseExpo kicks off on April 14th with network gatherings before a morning of a jam-packed trade show, showcasing booths from trusted dairy industry suppliers and partners.
The World Championship Reception will take place on Thursday, April 16th, before a championship banquet and afterglow reception.
