A local hospital is getting back into the Halloween spirit with the return of a popular event.
Boo Bash is scheduled for Friday, October 24th, at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital on Western Avenue in Manitowoc.
Susan Senglaub, the organizer of the event, says it will be a family-friendly affair, featuring a wide array of fun activities for everyone.
“Things like trick or treating, we have some coloring activities, cookie decorating,” she explained. “We’ll also have a hot chocolate bar.”
The first-ever Boo Bash was held in 2019, but the COVID pandemic put a stop to it for a while.
But, in 2024, the team at the iconic hospital was finally able to bring it back.
“It was highly successful,” Senglaub noted. “A lot of the community came out. We probably had over 600 people, total families and children.”
With it being a Halloween-themed event, all in attendance are encouraged to dress up, adults and children alike.
Registration is not required; just show up and have a ghoulishly good time.
