Water Service Work Closes Portion of South 14th Street in Manitowoc

The City of Manitowoc has closed a portion of South 14^th Street.

Operations Manager Billy Hutterer explains that the closure starts at Philippen Street and goes to Grand Avenue as crews install water service in the block.

One lane of the road is expected to be reopened to traffic by Friday (September 26^th).

The project is expected to be completed by next Tuesday (September 30^th).
