The former Sheboygan Falls Assistant Fire Chief serving prison time for sexually assaulting a child has been handed additional charges.
Court records show that 46-year-old John P. Albright is now facing two additional charges of First- and Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in Manitowoc County for offenses that occurred in 1997 and 1994, respectively.
Albright was previously found guilty due to a no contest plea to a charge of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child earlier this year in Sheboygan County and is currently serving a 13-year prison sentence for an incident that is said to have occurred in September of 2008.
While few details are available regarding the new child sexual assault charges in Manitowoc County, his previous conviction came after he sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16.
Albright will first enter a Manitowoc County courtroom on October 6th to make his initial appearance.
