The City of Manitowoc is issuing a reminder to property owners.
All unpaid Special Assessments bearing a November 1, 2025, due date will automatically be transferred to the tax roll on that date.
Property owners entitled to the installment payment plan will automatically be given the installment payment plan by entry of installments plus interest on the tax roll.
