The man known as “Uncle Fester” has yet again been given more drug-related charges.
Court records show that 67-year-old Stephen Preisler of Green Bay has been charged with two additional counts of Felony Bail Jumping after previously being convicted of separate Bail Jumping charges last month.
FOX11 reports that these new set of charges stem from Preisler testing positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine on a random drug screening administered to him on August 29th.
These are just the most recent legal troubles the 67-year-old finds himself in as he is still awaiting trial on numerous drug-related offenses, including Manufacturing or Delivering Amphetamine, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and more.
A civil suit from the City of Green Bay is also hoping to have his home on Baird Street declared a public nuisance in order for it to be either sold or razed.
“Uncle Fester” will be back in court next week for a pretrial conference on Thursday (September 25th).
