Madison Police are looking into a harassment incident that has gained attention online.
According to Kat Rhapsody, a resident of the Atwood neighborhood, an unknown man yelled slurs at her while she was taking out the trash on Monday.
Rhapsody, who identifies as transgender, captured the encounter on video, showing the man in a gray vehicle without license plates.
She believes the harassment was targeted.
Police have confirmed an investigation is underway, but have not released further details.
