The former Valders school bus driver facing numerous charges of possession of child pornography is returning to court today (September 19th).
Court records indicate that 39-year-old Justin Zipperer will appear in court today, as he faces further proceedings.
Since the last time he was in court, judges signed numerous warrants and subpoenas for his property.
They include documents and affidavits that were allowed to be viewed from Zipperer’s three Dropbox accounts, his Gmail, cellphone, and his residence, where he was arrested.
The 39-year-old is accused of using Dropbox to store and share 21 videos that contained child sexual abuse material.
Manitowoc Police were tipped off by the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the account, which is why he was arrested back in June.
He faces 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
