The numbers are in from a recent fundraiser in the City of Sheboygan.
Above and Beyond Children’s Museum held its ninth annual Tastefully Childish fundraiser on Friday (September 12th), its biggest fundraising effort of the year.
This year’s event was another major success, with nearly 250 people in attendance and 40 volunteers on hand.
There were also 22 local food and drink vendors serving attendees an array of beverages and delicious treats.
However, the most important number is how much was raised to support play for those in the Sheboygan community.
Above and Beyond has said that this year’s Tastefully Childish event raised over $65,000 through admission fees, silent auctions, and additional donations.
With appreciation, the Children’s Museum stated, “Your generosity fuels imagination, exploration, and joy for thousands of children and families in our community. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for making Tastefully Childish unforgettable!”
