An 11-year-old child from Milwaukee has died following a shooting on Tuesday evening.
Milwaukee police responded to the area of 68th Street and Silver Spring Drive around 6:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found the child suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to the hospital but did not survive.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
