A Wausau man is facing another OWI charge after being pulled over by the Wisconsin State Patrol over the weekend.
A trooper stopped a Toyota van on State Highway 96 near Sue Street in the Village of Little Chute in Outagamie County on Saturday just before 10:00 a.m.
After making contact with the driver, 29-year-old Moua Yang, the trooper noticed signs of impairment and criminal behavior.
After an investigation, a field sobriety test determined that Yang was drinking, and methamphetamine was also found in the van.
The 29-year-old was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, a fifth offense.
WSP did not announce whether any charges are coming from the meth found in the vehicle.
