Two Rivers residents looking to give back to the community can do so through the Parks and Recreation Department.
Two Rivers Parks and Rec has shared that they are looking for dedicated volunteers to help support various special events in the City over the coming months.
These volunteer opportunities are open to those with a passion for event planning, working with others, and who just want to offer a helping hand.
Events open to volunteers will include Two Rivers favorites such as Cool City Christmas, Paddle Palooza, Community Garden, Sundae Thursday, and many more.
Those who submit a letter of interest will be the first to learn about upcoming events to volunteer at that will suit an individual’s interests and availability.
In their call to the public, TR Parks and Rec stated, “Join us in making Two Rivers’ events fun, welcoming, and successful for everyone. Be a part of something special — volunteer today!”
