A second suspect has been convicted in a stabbing death in Green Bay.
FOX11 reports that 33-year-old Aaron Walton was found guilty due to a no-contest plea for a charge of felony murder after being in a Brown County court yesterday.
According to law enforcement, Walton and 40-year-old Joseph Poore robbed and stabbed Robert Marshall to death due to a drug dispute on Green Bay’s east side.
The two then took off in a vehicle and left Marshall, who died at the scene.
Police also say Walton admitted to planning the robbery and taking money that was owed to him by Marshall.
Walton and Poore were eventually arrested in Peshtigo after the incident.
Poore was sentenced to 30 years in prison for his part in the crime after being found guilty due to a no-contest plea for 1st-degree reckless homicide.
