A man who crashed his vehicle into an undercover police officer’s car in Ashwaubenon is getting prison time.
45-year-old Juan Pedroza was back in Brown County court yesterday (September 9th) for a plea and sentencing hearing.
FOX11 reports that Pedroza was found guilty due to a no-contest plea for first-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of methamphetamine, and felony bail jumping.
He was also asked to write a letter of apology to the officer involved.
The crash happened in 2022, after he failed to stop when an officer attempted to pull him over.
In his attempt to escape, he rammed into a vehicle being driven by the undercover police officer.
