A 15-year-old boy is facing a first-degree intentional homicide charge in Milwaukee.
This comes after admitting to strangling his grandmother, Elizabeth Totsky.
Initially, he told authorities she had suffered a seizure, but further investigation revealed signs of strangulation.
Totsky later died in the hospital.
The teen is being prosecuted as an adult and is expected in court next week.
