The Kiel Police Department is asking the public to help identify a dangerous driver.
Police report that over the past several weeks, a vehicle has been caught on video engaging in dangerous behavior, which includes doing numerous burnouts, speeding, and driving in a manner that “borders on reckless.”
The department reminds everyone that the kind of driving is not only illegal, but also puts pedestrians, other drivers, and the suspect driver at serious risk.
In a video on the Kiel Police Department’s Facebook page, the vehicle looks to have been built in the 2000s and has a gray front and back, but the doors are painted red.
But it’s not close enough to identify the make and model.
Kiel Officers tell the public that they are actively investigating the situation, but anyone with additional information, including pictures and videos, can contact them at 920-894-2211.
The department finishes by saying, “Together, we can help keep Kiel safe and enjoyable for all.”
