A federal trial for the man accused of abducting a pregnant teenager from Beaver Dam has been delayed.
Originally set to begin today, the trial of Gary Day will now start on January 20th due to newly disclosed evidence.
Day faces federal charges involving sexual activity with a minor under 16 and transporting a minor for sexual purposes.
He is also charged in Dodge County with child enticement and abduction.
