There are a pair of meetings today (September 8th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Committee on Aging will start the day off in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 a.m., where they will hear input from the public.
They will receive reports from the Aging and Disability Resource Center of the Lakeshore, the City Council, the Parks Director, and the Senior Center.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Plan Commission will be in the Council Chambers.
They plan to review a survey map for a parcel of land before discussing a possible ordinance amendment to create a required mowed perimeter zone around undeveloped properties.
This would be for the purpose of providing a fire break and pest control.
