More details have been released regarding the “critical situation” in Sheboygan.
The Sheboygan Police Department has confirmed that one person is in custody for the incident which involved a weapon at a local business.
Three people were injured, including a young child, all of whom were transported to unspecified medical facilities for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The weapon involved has been recovered, and Sheboygan police say there is no ongoing threat to the public.

A critical situation is under investigation in the City of Sheboygan.
The Sheboygan Police Department has alerted the public via social media that they have closed northbound traffic on South Business Drive between Washington Avenue and Wilson Avenue for what has only been described as a “critical incident.”
The public has been asked to avoid the area while police investigate and deal with the situation at hand.
Sheboygan PD has stated that more information will be made available at a later time; however, little to no details have been provided by the department regarding the nature of the situation at this time.
